Matchmaker Ceramics Part 1
A hands-on one day course suitable for technicians with 7 hours verifiable cpd.
Presented by Maurice King, the Schottlander Ceramist.
 
Why attend this course? In the current environment laboratories are expected to raise standards, but not prices. Schottlander
now offer you the opportunity to achieve this balance by using Matchmaker MC T-Dentines. This course is intended for
ceramists having a basic knowledge of the processes involved in making metal-ceramic restorations, who are able to build a
PFM crown or bridge and have an understanding of tooth morphology.
 
Using the Matchmaker MC Essentials Kit, participants will learn to use techniques to make time savings, improving productivity
and yet still achieve shade improvements. In addition the Matchmaker MC Essentials Kit will be available at a special promotion
price to all participants.

 
 
Matchmaker Ceramics Part 1

Who will benefit from the course? Ceramists looking to progressively develop their skills having attended Part One ”Improving
your productivity” and using Matchmaker MC Essentials. Specifically designed, this course will increase awareness of the incisal
and cervical regions with the emphasis on reproducing natural appearances and healthy smiles. Participants will learn how to
produce vital ceramic margins and build incisal effects, mamelon and colour translucent nuances.
 

Course Presenters

Maurice King
With more than 20 years experience working in private laboratories and in close communication with Dentists and their patients to achieve optimal outcomes, Maurice joined Schottlander in 2001 as in-house ceramist and technical demonstrator. He has
travelled extensively lecturing and demonstrating in North America, Asia,Europe and Australia. Maurice plays a major role in product development, and developed this training programme to help technicians apply the latest techniques and materials to the real world challenges they face.
